DANA / LAURALYN

CHARACTER: DAnA GErArd 

Dana Gerard was a student at Yale taking classes from Senator Daniels. After graduating Magna Cum Laude, she went on to earn a Masters in Public Relations and Foreign Policy from Georgetown University. She is currently serving as the Chief of Staff to a presidential candidate. She is in a long-term relationship with her secondary school sweetheart. Her golden retriever, Justice, is a well-recognized figure throughout the US as Dana’s vidcon account frequently chronicles Justice’s adventures to many outdoor activities around the DC area.

Lauralyn is a Utah based actor, choreographer, and theatre instructor. She was born and raised in Utah and is currently at UVU getting her B.A. in Psychology, and plans to combine that with her love for the Performing Arts by pursuing a Masters in Drama Therapy. Lauralyn has a passion for working with children and teens and has choreographed, stage managed, and assistant directed multiple youth productions across the Wasatch Front. When she's not onstage or poring over the human brain, Lauralyn enjoys game nights, planning her next Disney trip, fixating on true crime cases, and pretending to be proficient on the ukulele. Her most useless talent is being able to quote Friends for any given situation without being asked.

What do you hope people will get from listening? 
Lauralyn's Answer:
Hope. And a personal sense of empowerment, no matter how small it is at the start. Also, a safe “Haven” of their own, where they’ll know they always have a family to turn to.
